I didn't realize it took so much effort to design a lesson plan. It's interesting how this article also includes how an Introduction, body, check and conclusion can be set up for learning. I thought that was only for essays and i didn't realize lesson plans were so structured.
Some key points in this lesson plan was that it was done was a lot categorizing. I never realized how much time was put into lesson plans. Teachers have to plan out so much work, just for one day. I thought they just had to pick a topic and teach kids about it.

This is an outline on how to prepare a lesson plan. Although it may seem easy by seeing this outline you can see that there is a lot that goes into preparing a lesson plan there are many steps. There is many things that a teacher needs to make sure of in order to correctly do the lesson and to get the information to the students.
This showed me how much goes into creating a lesson plan. Teachers definitely do not stop working at 3:00. This seems to be a big part of their job and seems to be a pain to create. I guess some teachers just get used to making them and are so used to teaching after so long.
The lessons plan showed me that there is a lot of work put into it, its very organized and categorized, you also have to be creative and ask a lot of questions to keep the class awake. It is also very detailed in what you have to do and the work you have to put in to make your lesson plan good enough for the class to understand what ever you're teaching.
